• Provide system and software administration and related support for systems including, but not limited to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (Business Central), SharePoint, and Power Automate
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Keep IT setup documentation and procedures up to date.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automate approaches for system administration tasks.
• Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Backup and disaster recovery.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Provide company employees with technical support when needed.
• Maintain and keep track of all IT equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate with IT manager on all major tasks.

Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in CCE, Computer Science, MIS, or any relevant field.

Experience:

7 to 10 years of experience.
Knowledge in firewall setup and cybersecurity.
Networking experience in a large office environment, including remote locations.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 applications (dynamics, Office, Power App, Power, Automate, SharePoint. Etc.
Experience in Veeam & Sophos is a plus.
Experience in working within an ISO9001 Quality Management System is a plus.
A+ Certification.
