Manage complex files and ensure successful completion by conducting effective cost/analysis estimation, sourcing & negotiation with suppliers
Lead a team of engineers by overseeing their daily work; check and approve POs, sales invoices, costing sheets
Distribute work among team members based on the daily tasks
Handle and propose solutions to various day to day operational problems and escalate when needed
Spot potential opportunities with prospective new agencies
Maintain and analyse functional performance data and provide recommendation for improvement
Coach and upskill the team members
Train new recruits and ensure their smooth transition to the team
Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical
engineering or other relevant engineering trade
from a reputable university
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience
Experience in procurement/estimation is a plus
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Production is a plus
Skills: Very good command of English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office
